Key job accountabilities

Prepares budget forecast and ensures that expenses are within budget.

Establish the maintenance plan for facilities and utilities.

Lead and coach technicians to operate the maintenance of facilities and utilities systems:

          Building, CCTV, City water ,Nitrogen, Compressed air, steam system, HVAC, Water treatment (waste water treatment and DI water)

Carry out the Building and utility/facility modification projects and production line extension projects.

Be responsible for pollution control, energy conservation, cost reduction projects related to systems indicated above.

Implement BUS (Best Utility System).

Other works signed by manager.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in Building,Mechanical , HVAC ,Automation, Electrical.

3~5 years working experience in maintenance of public facility with multi-national company.

Good knowledge of computer software and English.

Good service attitude.
