Key job accountabilities

Assist in project feasibility study to deliver assessment results for judgement of project implementation, using visualization tools as sketch-up/BIM;

Assist in the call for tender, consolidate assessment of general contractors for projects;

LDI drawing management and their performance evaluation;

Contact with EPCM consultants in managing LDI.

Contact with all authorities to obtain all authoritative permission process and assist in obtaining permission;

Assist in follow up strictly for site construction in order to ensure construction to comply with safety, quality, cost and schedule requirements and objectives;

Collaborate with DOAP/DGO engineering team for project management excellence.

Minimum Requirements

Above graduate degree, major in Architecture/Civil;

Working experience in local design institute preferred;

Good knowledge of computer software(Sketchup/BIM) and English.

Strong coordination ability
